Welcome to Sacred Healing Lights International Inc. (“SacredHLI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website located at https://sacredhli.org (the “Site”), requesting services, submitting forms, scheduling appointments, or making payment, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Site or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit any information through the Site.

2. Nature of Services

SacredHLI provides telehealth-based psychiatric evaluation and medication management services through licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners and other qualified providers.

Payment, scheduling, or completion of an intake form does not guarantee a diagnosis, prescription, medication refill, controlled substance prescription, or ongoing treatment relationship. All clinical decisions are made by the treating provider based on professional judgment, clinical appropriateness, applicable law, and patient safety.

3. Not a Crisis Service

SacredHLI is not an emergency, crisis intervention, or suicide prevention service. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911 or 988 immediately, or go to the nearest emergency room.

4. Telehealth Requirements

You must be physically located in a state where SacredHLI has an available licensed provider at the time services are rendered. You are responsible for providing accurate information about your identity, location, health history, medications, and symptoms.

5. Payment and Appointment Reservation Policy

Private-pay and out-of-network/PPO patients may be required to pay before an appointment is confirmed. Insurance patients may be required to complete insurance verification before scheduling is finalized.

Current private-pay service fees may include:

  • Initial Psychiatric Evaluation: $375
  • Medication Management Follow-Up: $250

Fees may change from time to time and will be shown on the applicable payment or scheduling page.

6. Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy

SacredHLI reserves dedicated provider time for each scheduled appointment. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $100 Late Cancellation Fee.
  • Missed appointments without prior notice are subject to a $100 No-Show Fee.
  • These fees are generally not covered by insurance and are the patient’s responsibility.
  • Documented emergencies may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

For prepaid private-pay or out-of-network appointments, SacredHLI may retain the applicable late cancellation or no-show fee from the prepaid amount and refund any remaining balance when appropriate.

7. Insurance and Superbills

Insurance coverage depends on the patient’s plan, state, provider availability, eligibility verification, and payer requirements. Verification of benefits is not a guarantee of payment by an insurance carrier.

For out-of-network/PPO patients, SacredHLI may provide a superbill after care is rendered when appropriate. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and is determined by the patient’s insurance plan.

8. Use of the Site

You may use our Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Submit false, misleading, or incomplete information.
  • Engage in any activity that could harm or interfere with the Site’s operation or security.
  • Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers without our written permission.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, forms, and design elements, is the property of SacredHLI or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

10. Third-Party Services

SacredHLI may use third-party platforms for payment processing, scheduling, telehealth, insurance verification, electronic health records, or other operational functions. These third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or free of technical issues. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SacredHLI will not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, including indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
