Healthcare Access

501(c)(3) PUBLIC CHARITY • HEALTHCARE ACCESS

Expanding Access to Healthcare

Sacred Healing Lights International (SacredHLI) is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) public charity working to expand access where barriers prevent people from reaching appropriate healthcare.

SacredHLI is developing a distributed healthcare access network organized around direct healthcare programs, healthcare-venture architecture, and the development of people capable of extending that analytical and operating knowledge.

Our first healthcare-access program, Dimension 001 — Psychiatric Mental Health, is operational and scaling today through a distributed, multi-state telepsychiatry network. Additional Dimensions are being developed deliberately as SacredHLI expands its broader healthcare-access mission.

SACREDHLI’S DISTRIBUTED HEALTHCARE ACCESS NETWORK

Six Dimensions. Three Connected Functions.

SacredHLI’s emerging six-Dimension architecture connects healthcare delivery with disciplined healthcare-venture architecture and the development of future analytical capability.

CARE

Dimensions 001–004

Healthcare-access programs focused on specific areas of healthcare need. Dimension 001 is operational; Dimensions 002–004 remain developmental.

ARCHITECTURE

Dimension 005

Healthcare Venture Architecture applies disciplined analysis to the design, evaluation, feasibility, restructuring, and rescue of healthcare ventures.

CAPABILITY

Dimension 006

The Healthcare Venture Architecture Academy & Analyst Network is designed to develop people capable of reproducing and extending the analytical methodology.

Our Six-Dimension Healthcare Access Architecture

SacredHLI develops programs only as mission, healthcare need, regulation, clinical governance, operational feasibility, and sustainability can be responsibly reconciled.

DIMENSION 001 • CARE

DEVELOPMENTAL
DIMENSION 004 • CARE

Women’s Midlife Health

A developmental healthcare-access program undergoing structured feasibility analysis. It is not currently being offered as an operational SacredHLI clinical service.

ARCHITECTURE DEVELOPMENT
DIMENSION 005 • ARCHITECTURE

SacredHLI Healthcare Venture Architecture

A healthcare-venture analysis and advisory framework designed to evaluate need, regulation, licensure, payer and reimbursement feasibility, operating architecture, technology, economics, working capital, and risk before substantial resources are committed. The framework also supports analysis of healthcare ventures requiring restructuring, redesign, or rescue.

CAPABILITY DEVELOPMENT
DIMENSION 006 • CAPABILITY

Healthcare Venture Architecture Academy & Analyst Network

A capability-development framework designed to systematize Healthcare Venture Architecture methodology and develop people capable of applying disciplined healthcare-venture research, analysis, modeling, and decision architecture.

Developmental designation means that a program is part of SacredHLI’s strategic healthcare-access architecture; it does not mean that the program is currently available as a public clinical service.

DIMENSION 001 • OPERATIONAL & SCALING

Psychiatric Mental Health

SacredHLI’s first operational healthcare-access program provides professional adult psychiatric care through licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) using secure telehealth.

New-patient care is currently available in California, Texas, and Arizona. Patients can use Find Care to meet the clinicians currently serving their state, learn about their backgrounds and approaches to care, and begin the appropriate SacredHLI care pathway.

DIMENSION 001 • OUR NONPROFIT CARE MISSION

Clinical care designed to expand access

SacredHLI provides psychiatric services as part of its charitable mission to make appropriate mental-health care easier to reach. Revenue from mission-related clinical services helps support the providers, technology, administration, patient-access systems, and infrastructure required to maintain and strengthen this work.

SacredHLI’s public benefit is not limited to paid appointments. We also provide mental-health information, crisis-resource connections, access guidance, and referral pathways that people may use without purchasing SacredHLI clinical services.

A distributed network for accessible psychiatric care

MEET OUR CLINICIANS

Find Care in Your State

SacredHLI’s Find Care directory allows patients to choose their state, meet the psychiatric clinicians currently serving patients there, learn about their professional backgrounds and approaches to care, and begin the appropriate patient-access pathway.

Current new-patient availability is California, Texas, and Arizona.

Our six-state telepsychiatry footprint

SacredHLI maintains a PMHNP-led telepsychiatry footprint across six states. Current new-patient availability is shown below.

California — Accepting New Patients Texas — Accepting New Patients Arizona — Accepting New Patients Colorado — Not Accepting New Patients Georgia — Not Accepting New Patients Nevada — Not Accepting New Patients

New-patient availability may change as provider capacity changes. At the time of each telehealth appointment, the patient must be physically located in a state where the treating SacredHLI clinician is appropriately licensed and available to provide care.

A COMPLIMENTARY FIRST STEP

Complimentary 15-Minute Psychiatry Consultation

New patients may request a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation with a SacredHLI psychiatric provider to ask general questions, better understand our psychiatric-care pathways, and decide whether they would like to proceed.

Begin with SacredHLI’s Commercial Insurance Intake and select Complimentary 15-Minute Phone Consultation under Requested Service. The information you provide helps SacredHLI identify an appropriate provider and prepare the appropriate care and insurance pathway if you decide to proceed.

Request Complimentary 15-Minute Consultation →

The complimentary consultation is informational and does not include diagnosis, treatment, medication prescribing, or establishment of an ongoing clinician-patient relationship.

How to begin psychiatric care

SacredHLI gives patients more than one way to begin so that the pathway can reflect their care, insurance, financial, and decision-making needs.

STEP 1

Find Care

Choose your state and meet the SacredHLI clinicians currently accepting patients there.

STEP 2

Choose Your Pathway

Start through commercial insurance, self-pay, a complimentary consultation, or Financial Access Review as appropriate.

STEP 3

Progress to Care

SacredHLI reviews the appropriate pathway and helps progress the patient toward an available clinician and appointment.

ACCESS & PAYMENT

Multiple pathways to psychiatric care

SacredHLI works to make psychiatric care more accessible through several payment and access pathways. Available options may vary by clinician, state, insurance eligibility, individual circumstances, and available resources.

Commercial Insurance

SacredHLI coordinates commercial insurance-based care through participating clinicians using Headway. Patients begin with SacredHLI’s Commercial Insurance Intake so we can review state, health plan, clinician availability, and the appropriate insurance pathway before scheduling is finalized.

Self-Pay

Self-pay options are available for patients who prefer care outside an insurance pathway. Standard rates are $375 for an initial psychiatric evaluation and $250 for a medication-management follow-up.

Out-of-Network Benefits

Where appropriate, documentation may be available for patients who wish to seek reimbursement through eligible out-of-network benefits. Reimbursement is determined by the patient’s health plan and is not guaranteed by SacredHLI.

FINANCIAL HARDSHIP

Financial Access Review

If SacredHLI’s standard self-pay rates present a financial hardship, patients may request an individualized review of circumstances and available access options.

Financial difficulty should not prevent you from asking about your options.

Through SacredHLI’s Financial Access Review, you can explain the circumstances affecting your ability to pay the standard self-pay rate and tell us what amount you believe you can reasonably afford.

SacredHLI management will review the request individually and determine whether a reduced fee, payment arrangement, temporary hardship accommodation, or another appropriate access pathway may be available. Financial assistance is not guaranteed and depends on individual circumstances and available resources.

Request a Financial Access Review →

If you are requesting financial-hardship consideration, please wait for SacredHLI’s review and instructions before making a self-pay payment.
