Sacred Healing Lights International provides secure online psychiatric evaluations and medication management through licensed PMHNPs for adults in California, Texas, Arizona, and Colorado.

Before you begin

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You are physically located in California, Texas, Arizona, or Colorado at the time of care.
  • You are seeking psychiatric care, not therapy-only services.
  • You are not in immediate crisis or danger.

Payment and Insurance Options

  • Private Pay: Fastest route. Pay securely and continue to scheduling.
  • Out-of-Network / PPO: Pay upfront through Stripe. If appropriate, SacredHLI may provide a superbill after care is rendered.
  • Flexible Pay Review: If the full private-pay amount is difficult, request review before payment. If approved, SacredHLI will confirm the reduced amount and send the correct private payment link.
  • Commercial Insurance: Submit verification first. Insurance is reviewed before scheduling and does not use the flexible-pay pathway.

Flexible Pay Review

SacredHLI may offer sliding-scale pricing or discounts in alignment with its mission to extend care to unserved and underserved individuals. All requests are reviewed before approval.

Flexible pay is available only for private-pay or out-of-network patients who need support before paying the full fee. It is not used for commercial insurance visits.

  • Initial Psychiatric Evaluation: Full fee is $375. Flexible-pay approval may reduce this amount when appropriate.
  • Medication Management Follow-Up: Full fee is $250. Flexible-pay approval may reduce this amount when appropriate.
  • Care still flows through SacredHLI: Payment is processed privately, care is rendered through SacredHLI, and documentation is maintained in AdvancedMD.

Insurance Verification Request

Commonly supported plans may include Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna/Evernorth, UnitedHealthcare/Optum, Carelon Behavioral Health, and Quest Behavioral Health. Additional Headway-supported plans may be available for selected clinicians and states, including Anthem Blue Cross in California and Independence Blue Cross in Arizona.

Coverage depends on the patient’s state, plan, assigned clinician, and final verification. Insurance patients should not use the flexible-pay pathway.
