Sacred Healing Lights International (SacredHLI) is building a distributed telepsychiatry network for experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners who want meaningful supplemental telehealth work without the burden of a traditional clinic environment.
This opportunity is best suited for PMHNPs who already have stable primary income, such as a W-2 role, established practice, or other reliable income base, and who are seeking approximately 10–15 billable hours per week as patient volume grows.

SacredHLI is actively reviewing PMHNPs licensed in CA, CO, AZ, GA, TX, and NV for supplemental 1099 telepsychiatry participation.
PMHNPs are paid for completed billable clinical work. SacredHLI does not pay for standby time, inactive time, or unbooked availability.
PMHNPs are responsible for maintaining all state-required prescriptive authority, collaboration agreements, supervisory arrangements, DEA registration, and professional liability insurance where applicable.

What the PMHNP role involves
Key responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric diagnostic evaluations and medication management through secure telehealth.
- Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely in SacredHLI’s designated systems.
- Maintain professional responsiveness in a distributed, mostly asynchronous operating model.
- Follow SacredHLI safety, escalation, documentation, and clinical quality expectations.
- Support compassionate, culturally responsive psychiatric care for adults.
Minimum fit expectations
- Active PMHNP licensure in at least one hiring state: CA, CO, AZ, GA, TX, or NV.
- 5+ years of actual PMHNP experience preferred.
- Existing stable income base or flexible schedule during early ramp-up.
- Comfort with 1099 billable-only compensation.
- Ability to support approximately 10–15 billable hours per week as volume grows.
- Reliable internet, private workspace, and HIPAA-compliant telehealth environment.
- Active professional liability insurance with minimum coverage of $1M / $3M required.
