Key responsibilities

Minimum requirements

Active PMHNP licensure in at least one hiring state: CA, TX, GA, AZ, CO, or NV.
DEA registration in good standing, or ability to obtain it promptly where required.
Comfort with a fully remote, telehealth-only model.
Reliable internet, private workspace, and strong professional boundaries.
This role is best suited for PMHNPs who have an existing income base or flexible schedule during early ramp as patient volume builds.
PMHNPs are responsible for maintaining all required prescriptive authority, collaboration agreements, or supervisory arrangements based on their practicing state.
Active professional liability insurance with minimum coverage of $1M / $3M is required.
