Sacred Healing Lights International (SacredHLI) is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) public charity working to expand access to adult psychiatric care, useful mental-health resources, and appropriate pathways to support.
Our primary clinical program uses a distributed network of licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) to provide telepsychiatry across multiple states. Our broader public-benefit work includes mental-health information, care-navigation resources, referral connections, financial-access consideration, and community collaboration.
Expanding pathways to psychiatric care
SacredHLI exists to help expand access to professional psychiatric services by connecting adults with licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) through secure telehealth.
Our distributed model allows appropriately licensed clinicians to serve patients across multiple states while supporting a shared commitment to accessible, compassionate, and professionally delivered psychiatric care.
SacredHLI maintains a six-state telepsychiatry footprint across California, Colorado, Arizona, Georgia, Texas, and Nevada. New patients are currently being accepted in California, Arizona, and Texas. Colorado, Georgia, and Nevada are temporarily not accepting new patients, subject to changes in provider availability and licensure.
Our nonprofit purpose extends beyond paid clinical encounters. SacredHLI also provides public mental-health information, crisis-resource connections, care-navigation guidance, referral pathways, and individualized financial-access consideration as part of our mission to reduce barriers to appropriate care.

Sacred Healing Lights International is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) public charity. Contributions are intended to support the organization’s charitable mission. Donors should consult their own tax advisers regarding the deductibility of individual contributions.
Organizational transparency
SacredHLI is committed to responsible nonprofit stewardship and clear public identification of the organization carrying out our charitable mission.
SacredHLI’s federal tax-exempt status is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service through an official determination letter. Required nonprofit disclosures and organizational information are maintained as part of SacredHLI’s compliance and governance responsibilities.
