Sacred Healing Lights International (SacredHLI) is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) public charity developing a distributed healthcare access network designed to help people reach appropriate care where geographic, logistical, informational, financial, or system barriers make access more difficult.
Our first operational healthcare-access program, Dimension 001 — Psychiatric Mental Health, provides PMHNP-led adult psychiatric care through a distributed multi-state telehealth network.

SacredHLI’s emerging six-Dimension architecture connects direct healthcare access with healthcare-venture analysis and the development of future analytical capability.
The Dimensions do not all represent currently available clinical services. SacredHLI develops healthcare programs deliberately, evaluating healthcare need, mission alignment, regulation, clinical governance, operating feasibility, economics, and sustainability before public launch.
Dimension 001 — Psychiatric Mental Health is operational and scaling. Cardiometabolic Health, Speech & Communication Health, and Women’s Midlife Health remain developmental programs.

Psychiatric Mental Health
SacredHLI’s foundational healthcare-access program provides professional adult psychiatric care through licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) using secure telehealth.
SacredHLI maintains a six-state telepsychiatry footprint across California, Colorado, Arizona, Georgia, Texas, and Nevada. California, Texas, and Arizona are currently accepting new patients. Colorado, Georgia, and Nevada are temporarily not accepting new patients.

SacredHLI clinicians maintain professional profiles and/or participate in established healthcare platforms including Psychology Today and Headway. These platform references provide additional professional and insurance-network context. All new-patient inquiries, consultations, insurance intake, and care requests begin directly with SacredHLI.

Healthcare access in service of public benefit
SacredHLI’s charitable mission is to expand access where barriers prevent appropriate healthcare. Our current operating program provides psychiatric clinical services, while our broader healthcare-access architecture is designed to develop additional programs responsibly over time.
Revenue received from mission-related clinical services helps sustain the providers, technology, clinical infrastructure, administration, and patient-access activities required to carry out Dimension 001.
Our public benefit extends beyond paid clinical encounters. SacredHLI also provides mental-health education, trusted public resources, crisis-resource connections, care-navigation information, and referral pathways that people may use whether or not they become paying SacredHLI patients.
A clear pathway from finding a clinician to beginning care
Starting psychiatric care should not feel unnecessarily complicated. SacredHLI’s patient-access system allows adults to find clinicians serving their state and then choose the care pathway that best fits their circumstances.
Complimentary 15-Minute Psychiatry Consultation
New patients may request a complimentary 15-minute consultation with a SacredHLI psychiatric provider to ask general questions, better understand our psychiatric-care pathways, and decide whether they would like to proceed.
Begin through SacredHLI’s structured intake and select Complimentary 15-Minute Phone Consultation as your requested service. The information you provide helps SacredHLI identify an appropriate provider and prepare the appropriate care and insurance pathway if you decide to proceed. Requesting the consultation does not obligate you to begin treatment.
The complimentary consultation is informational and does not include diagnosis, treatment, medication prescribing, or establishment of an ongoing clinician-patient relationship.
PMHNP-led telepsychiatry for adults
SacredHLI provides psychiatric evaluation, medication management, diagnostic assessment, and continuing psychiatric care through licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners.
These clinical services are part of SacredHLI’s operational psychiatric healthcare-access program. Fees help support delivery of care and the infrastructure required to advance the organization’s nonprofit mission.
A comprehensive first visit for adults seeking psychiatric assessment and an individualized plan for care.
Follow-up psychiatric care for medication review, response monitoring, and continuing treatment support.
Available pathways may include commercial insurance, private pay, eligible out-of-network options, complimentary consultation, or Financial Access Review depending on eligibility and circumstances.

Our first operational implementation is adult psychiatric care delivered through a distributed telepsychiatry model connecting patients with licensed PMHNPs across multiple states.
