Healthcare. Research. Education. Compassion.

Appropriate healthcare should be within reach. SacredHLI begins with real adult psychiatric care and is developing broader pathways in research, professional education and community support. From Bakersfield, we’re building an institution with a wider purpose—and inviting people everywhere to be part of it.

One mission · multiple pathways to impact

What you’re helping us build

Our mission is to expand access to appropriate healthcare. The first healthcare dimension is already delivering care; future dimensions and institution-building capabilities are being developed responsibly.

D002 · DevelopmentalCardiometabolic Health
D003 · DevelopmentalSpeech & Language Pathology
D004 · DevelopmentalWomen’s Health & Breast Cancer

Speech and language access matters because the ability to communicate, understand, participate and maintain independence affects lives across all ages. Women’s-health interests include breast-cancer screening access, reproductive aging, fertility concerns after age 35, and midlife health transitions.

D005 · Research and architecture development

Research & Innovation

Study healthcare-access barriers, program feasibility, and public-health challenges—including Valley fever, West Nile virus, Ebola and other infectious diseases. Research interests are not active clinical treatment services or funded studies.

D006 · Future capability

SacredHLI Academy & Analyst Network

Envisioned professional learning, research and interdisciplinary analytical capability. The Academy is not yet an operating public training program or accredited institution.

Philanthropy · community support

Giving & Community Partnerships

Support healthcare-access education, outreach and approved charitable programs. Future concepts, including Samaritan Homes, require separate feasibility, partners, oversight and funding.

Emerging research interests · California roots · international purpose

From Kern County to Global Health

From Valley fever and West Nile virus in California to Ebola and other serious public-health challenges internationally, access to reliable information, timely evaluation and appropriate care matters.

Rooted in Bakersfield and informed by our Founder’s African heritage, SacredHLI seeks to build responsible bridges between California’s research community and qualified healthcare, research and public-health professionals in African countries. Our developing interests include prevention awareness, barriers to diagnosis and referral, outbreak preparedness, and healthcare navigation for communities and travelers.

Development status: This is an emerging research and partnership vision—not a claim of funded infectious-disease studies, established international operations, or infectious-disease treatment services. Future work will require qualified partners, appropriate approvals and funding.

Culture can bring a community together

Rhythms for Life

One Community. Many Cultures. One Cause at a Time.

Imagine African Rumba alongside future musical traditions, food, festive clothing, community experiences and even charity golf—different ways for people to celebrate culture while supporting a shared healthcare-access cause.

Proposed inaugural concept: Minds, Homes & Hope, Bakersfield, May 22, 2027. This is in feasibility and sponsorship development; venue, artist arrangements, ticketing and date are not yet confirmed.

Walmart grant acknowledgment does not imply Walmart endorses SacredHLI’s clinical services. General donations support SacredHLI’s board-approved charitable mission and are not automatically restricted to an idea described here.
