This page is for patients paying upfront at the time of booking. SacredHLI welcomes private pay and out-of-network/PPO patients and can provide a superbill when appropriate for possible reimbursement.

What this includes

• Medication review and symptom check-in (30 minutes)
• Clinical reassessment and treatment adjustments
• Coordination of refills when clinically appropriate
• Secure telehealth appointment (video or phone)

What happens after payment

After payment, you will immediately move to the next step to request or book your follow-up appointment.

Payment confirms your request for services but does not guarantee a prescription. Medication decisions are made based on clinical judgment and safety.

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a $100 late cancellation fee. Missed appointments without prior notice are subject to a $100 no-show fee. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
