This page is for patients paying upfront at the time of booking. SacredHLI welcomes private pay and out-of-network/PPO patients and can provide a superbill when appropriate for possible reimbursement.

- Medication review and symptom check-in
- Clinical reassessment and treatment adjustments
- Coordination of refills when clinically appropriate
- Secure telehealth appointment (video or phone)
What happens after payment
After payment, you will immediately move to the next step to request or book your follow-up appointment.
Payment confirms your request for services but does not guarantee a prescription. Medication decisions are made based on clinical judgment and safety.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of the session fee.
If you are experiencing a psychiatric emergency, call 911 or 988 immediately. This service is not a crisis intervention program.
