- Telehealth appointment (secure video or phone)
Payment confirms your request for services but does not guarantee a prescription, diagnosis, or ongoing care. All clinical decisions are made during the evaluation based on professional judgment.
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a $100 late cancellation fee. Missed appointments without prior notice are subject to a $100 no-show fee. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
