Terms of Use
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Welcome to Sacred Healing Lights International Inc. (“SacredHLI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the SacredHLI website, requesting services, submitting forms, scheduling appointments, or making payments through our online systems, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or SacredHLI’s online services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or submit information through it.
2. Nature of SacredHLI Services
SacredHLI provides adult psychiatric services through licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) using telehealth and related clinical and administrative systems.
Services may include psychiatric evaluation, diagnostic assessment, medication management, and continuing psychiatric care when clinically appropriate and legally permitted.
3. No Guarantee of Treatment or Prescription
Completing an intake form, making payment, requesting an appointment, or scheduling a visit does not guarantee a diagnosis, prescription, medication refill, controlled-substance prescription, particular treatment plan, or ongoing treatment relationship. All clinical decisions are made by the treating provider based on professional judgment, clinical appropriateness, applicable law, and patient safety.
4. Not a Crisis or Emergency Service
SacredHLI is not an emergency department, crisis-intervention service, or suicide-prevention service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911. For suicide, mental health, or emotional crisis support in the United States, call or text 988, or go to the nearest emergency department.
5. Telehealth Eligibility and Location
SacredHLI’s current psychiatric-care pathway is intended for adults. You must be physically located in a state where an appropriately licensed SacredHLI provider is available and authorized to provide services at the time care is rendered.
You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding your identity, physical location, health history, medications, symptoms, and other information reasonably necessary for appropriate care.
6. Payment and Appointment Reservation
Private-pay and out-of-network/PPO patients may be required to make payment before an appointment is confirmed. Patients using an available commercial insurance pathway may be required to complete eligibility or insurance verification before scheduling is finalized.
Fees may change from time to time. Current applicable fees will be displayed through the relevant SacredHLI payment, scheduling, or service pathway.
7. Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy
SacredHLI reserves dedicated provider time for scheduled appointments. Appointments must currently be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
- Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $100 late-cancellation fee.
- Missed appointments without prior notice may be subject to a $100 no-show fee.
- Cancellation and no-show fees are generally the patient’s responsibility and may not be covered by insurance.
- Documented emergencies or exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
For prepaid appointments, SacredHLI may apply an applicable late-cancellation or no-show fee against the prepaid amount and refund any remaining balance when appropriate.
8. Insurance, Out-of-Network Care and Superbills
Insurance coverage depends on the patient’s health plan, location, provider participation, eligibility, benefit requirements, and other payer rules. Verification of insurance or benefits does not guarantee payment by an insurance carrier.
For eligible out-of-network/PPO patients, SacredHLI may provide a superbill after services are rendered when appropriate. Any reimbursement is determined by the patient’s insurance plan and is not guaranteed by SacredHLI.
9. Use of the Website
You may use the SacredHLI website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations
- Submit false, fraudulent, misleading, or intentionally incomplete information
- Attempt unauthorized access to the website, systems, accounts, or data

SacredHLI may use or link to third-party platforms supporting payment processing, scheduling, telehealth, electronic health records, insurance-related workflows, communications, forms, or other organizational functions. Third-party services may have their own terms, policies, availability requirements, and privacy practices.
