Sacred Healing Lights International (SacredHLI) is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) public charity working to expand access to healthcare where barriers prevent people from reaching appropriate care.
We are developing a distributed healthcare access network organized around direct healthcare programs, healthcare-venture architecture, and the development of analytical capability.
Our first operational program, Dimension 001 — Psychiatric Mental Health, provides PMHNP-led adult psychiatric care through a distributed multi-state telehealth network.
Building responsible pathways to healthcare access
SacredHLI exists because healthcare need does not automatically become healthcare access. Provider shortages, geographic distance, fragmented systems, financial constraints, limited information, and uncertainty about where to begin can all prevent people from reaching appropriate care.
Our work is organized through a six-Dimension framework connecting CARE → ARCHITECTURE → CAPABILITY. Dimensions 001–004 address specific healthcare-access areas; Dimension 005 develops Healthcare Venture Architecture; and Dimension 006 develops the people and analytical capability required to apply that methodology.
SacredHLI develops programs deliberately. An identified healthcare need does not automatically become a public clinical service. Need, charitable purpose, regulation, clinical governance, provider capacity, technology, operating feasibility, economics, risk, and sustainability must reconcile into a responsible public-benefit model.
Dimension 001 — Psychiatric Mental Health is currently operational and scaling. Dimensions 002–004 remain developmental healthcare-access programs and are not currently offered as SacredHLI clinical services.

Psychiatric Mental Health
SacredHLI’s first operational healthcare-access program provides adult psychiatric evaluation, diagnostic assessment, medication management, and continuing psychiatric care through licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners using secure telehealth.
SacredHLI maintains a six-state psychiatric footprint across California, Colorado, Arizona, Georgia, Texas, and Nevada. California, Arizona, and Texas are currently accepting new patients.

Philanthropic support can help finance public-benefit activities that healthcare reimbursement alone may not adequately support, including outreach, patient navigation, public resources, healthcare-access initiatives, program development, infrastructure, and responsible development of future Dimensions.
Sacred Healing Lights International is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) public charity. Contributions are intended to support the organization’s charitable mission. Donors should consult their own tax advisers regarding the deductibility of individual contributions.
