Sacred Healing Lights International (SacredHLI) is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) public charity working to expand access to professional adult psychiatric care through a distributed telepsychiatry network of licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs).
Our clinical program provides psychiatric evaluation, diagnostic assessment, medication management, and continuing psychiatric care through secure telehealth. This care-delivery model is one part of our broader nonprofit mission to reduce geographic, logistical, informational, and financial barriers to mental-health support.
SacredHLI maintains a six-state telepsychiatry footprint across California, Colorado, Arizona, Georgia, Texas, and Nevada. New-patient availability currently varies by state; California, Arizona, and Texas are accepting new patients, while Colorado, Georgia, and Nevada are temporarily not accepting new patients.
Clinical care designed to expand access
SacredHLI provides psychiatric services as part of its charitable mission to make appropriate mental-health care easier to reach. Revenue from mission-related clinical services helps support the providers, technology, administration, patient-access systems, and infrastructure required to maintain and strengthen this work.
SacredHLI’s public benefit is not limited to paid appointments. We also provide mental-health information, crisis-resource connections, access guidance, and referral pathways that people may use without purchasing SacredHLI clinical services.

Accessing psychiatric care should not depend solely on where someone lives, whether a specialist is located nearby, or whether traveling to an office is practical. SacredHLI uses telehealth and a distributed provider network to help reduce those barriers.
Our licensed PMHNPs practice across multiple states within a shared model focused on clinical professionalism, dignity, accessibility, and continuity of care.

Adult psychiatric care and transparent self-pay pricing
SacredHLI provides the following clinical services through licensed PMHNPs. For patients using our self-pay pathway, our standard rates are shown below. Commercial insurance, eligible out-of-network pathways, and individualized financial-access consideration may also be available depending on circumstances.
Initial Psychiatric Evaluation
Comprehensive telehealth assessment of symptoms, history, functioning, diagnostic considerations, and treatment needs to support an individualized care plan.
Medication Management Follow-Up
Continuing psychiatric care focused on medication review, treatment response, clinical monitoring, progress, and adjustment when appropriate.
Diagnostic Assessment
Thoughtful evaluation of symptoms, history, functioning, and other relevant factors to support diagnostic understanding and informed treatment decisions.
Continuing Psychiatric Care
Telehealth follow-up designed to monitor progress, maintain an appropriate treatment plan, and support continuity of psychiatric care over time.
Self-pay rates apply to the applicable SacredHLI self-pay pathway. Insurance-based patient responsibility may differ according to plan benefits, eligibility, provider participation, and coverage.
Complimentary 15-Minute Psychiatry Consultation
New patients may request a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation with a SacredHLI psychiatric provider to ask general questions, better understand our psychiatric-care pathways, and decide whether they would like to proceed.
To request the consultation, begin with SacredHLI’s Commercial Insurance Intake and select Complimentary 15-Minute Phone Consultation under Requested Service. The demographic and insurance information you provide helps SacredHLI identify an appropriate provider and prepare the appropriate care and insurance pathway if you decide to proceed. Requesting the consultation does not obligate you to begin treatment.
The complimentary consultation is informational and does not include diagnosis, treatment, medication prescribing, or establishment of an ongoing clinician-patient relationship.

Multiple pathways to psychiatric care
SacredHLI works to make psychiatric care more accessible through several payment and access pathways. Available options may vary by provider, state, insurance eligibility, individual circumstances, and available resources.
Commercial Insurance
SacredHLI coordinates commercial insurance-based care through participating clinicians using Headway. Patients begin with SacredHLI’s Commercial Insurance Intake so we can review state, plan, clinician availability, and the appropriate insurance pathway before scheduling is finalized. Patients who want to speak with a provider first may select the complimentary 15-minute phone consultation as their Requested Service.
Self-Pay
Self-pay options are available for patients who prefer to receive care outside an insurance pathway. Standard self-pay rates are $375 for an initial psychiatric evaluation and $250 for a medication-management follow-up.
Out-of-Network Benefits
Where appropriate, documentation may be available for patients who wish to seek reimbursement through eligible out-of-network benefits.
Financial Access Review
If SacredHLI’s standard self-pay rates present a financial hardship, you may request an individualized Financial Access Review. Tell us what service you are seeking, what you can reasonably afford, and the circumstances you would like SacredHLI management to consider.
Through SacredHLI’s Financial Access Review, you can explain the financial circumstances affecting your ability to pay the standard self-pay rate and tell us what amount you believe you can reasonably afford.
SacredHLI management will review your request individually and determine whether a reduced fee, payment arrangement, temporary hardship accommodation, or another appropriate access pathway may be available. Financial assistance is not guaranteed and depends on individual circumstances and available resources.

How much does self-pay care cost?

What if I cannot afford the standard self-pay rate?

Is SacredHLI an emergency or crisis service?
No. SacredHLI provides scheduled outpatient telepsychiatry services and is not an emergency or crisis-response service.
SacredHLI provides adult telehealth psychiatric services based on state licensure, provider availability, clinical appropriateness, and applicable care requirements. Beginning the patient-access process does not guarantee services.
