Sacred Healing Lights International (SacredHLI) is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) public charity working to expand access where barriers prevent people from reaching appropriate healthcare.
SacredHLI is developing a distributed healthcare access network organized around direct healthcare programs, healthcare-venture architecture, and the development of people capable of extending that analytical and operating knowledge.
Our first healthcare-access program, Dimension 001 — Psychiatric Mental Health, is operational and scaling today through a distributed, multi-state telepsychiatry network. Additional Dimensions are being developed deliberately as SacredHLI expands its broader healthcare-access mission.
Six Dimensions. Three Connected Functions.
Our six Dimensions connect today’s psychiatric care, future specialty healthcare-access programs, applied research and venture architecture, and the development of practical analytical capability. Each Dimension has a distinct purpose and a clearly identified stage.
Dimensions 001–004
Healthcare-access programs focused on specific areas of healthcare need. Dimension 001 is operational; Dimensions 002–004 remain developmental.
Dimension 005
Healthcare Venture Architecture combines disciplined feasibility, program design, evaluation, advisory methods, and applied research into healthcare-access needs and barriers.
Dimension 006
The proposed Academy & Analyst Network would help people learn and apply healthcare-access research, venture assessment, implementation planning, and evaluation methods.
Our Six-Dimension Healthcare Access Architecture

Other Dimensions advance as mission fit, expertise, regulation, funding, and responsible implementation allow.
Psychiatric Mental Health
Purpose: Make timely, appropriate adult psychiatric care easier to reach, especially for people facing distance, specialist-availability, or care-navigation barriers.
What we deliver nowLicensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) provide scheduled virtual evaluations, medication management, and continuing psychiatric care through our distributed multi-state network, subject to clinical and plan eligibility.
What we are strengtheningEasier patient navigation, appropriate insurance pathways, practical mental-health education, and community outreach that helps people understand when and how to seek support.
Status: Our foundational operational clinical program; provider and appointment availability vary by state.
Cardiometabolic Health
Purpose: Explore ways to reduce access barriers associated with heart and metabolic health, including issues such as high blood pressure, diabetes risk, cholesterol, and the challenge of coordinating preventive care.
What we are exploringAccessible health education; practical prevention and risk-literacy resources; navigation to appropriate primary care, testing, and specialist services; and whether professionally governed telehealth collaborations could improve continuity of care.
Status: Concept and feasibility development. SacredHLI is not currently offering cardiometabolic consultations, screening, diagnosis, or treatment under this Dimension.
Speech & Communication Health
Purpose: Examine how individuals and families can better access assessment, guidance, and appropriate services for speech, language, and communication needs—particularly when distance or specialist shortages create barriers.
What we are exploringPotential relationships with licensed speech-language professionals; accessible educational resources for patients and caregivers; referral and navigation pathways; and the suitability of technology-enabled or remote service models where permitted.
Status: Concept and feasibility development. Speech-language assessment and therapy are not currently available as SacredHLI services.
Women’s Midlife Health
Purpose: Improve understanding of, and access to, appropriate healthcare during perimenopause, menopause, and related midlife transitions, including mental-health, sleep, symptom-management, and navigation concerns.
What we are developingCommunity education; research concepts examining access barriers and gaps in health information; evidence-informed care navigation; and potential partnerships with qualified women’s health and other relevant clinical specialists.
Status: Program and research planning. No dedicated SacredHLI women’s midlife clinical service has launched, and proposed research should not be mistaken for an awarded or completed project.
SacredHLI Healthcare Venture Architecture
Purpose: Design, test, evaluate, and improve healthcare-access models before scarce resources are committed; understand why people struggle to obtain appropriate care; and guide responsible development or redesign of healthcare ventures.
Venture architectureStructured analysis of healthcare need, licensure, clinical governance, staffing, technology, payer and reimbursement pathways, operating models, financial feasibility, risk, and implementation. The framework can also inform restructuring or recovery planning.
Applied healthcare-access researchDeveloping research concepts in older-adult mental-health and benefits navigation, women’s midlife access, and the design and evaluation of effective community health initiatives.
Emerging public-health research themeExploring prevention, outbreak preparedness, early diagnosis, referral, treatment-access barriers, and cross-border or traveler healthcare navigation for infectious diseases such as Ebola, malaria, mpox, tuberculosis, cholera, and other relevant conditions.
Status: Active architecture and research development. Individual studies, funded projects, clinical infectious-disease programs, and consulting engagements must be separately confirmed before being presented as operational.
Healthcare Venture Architecture Academy & Analyst Network
Purpose: Build a durable pool of people who can investigate healthcare-access problems and contribute to sound project choices, program design, and responsible implementation.
What we envisionA structured learning framework in healthcare systems, access-barrier research, regulatory and operating feasibility, budgeting, program evaluation, and evidence-based decision-making. A future analyst network could support supervised practice, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
Status: Long-term capability planning. The Academy and Analyst Network are not currently operating as a public training program or an accredited credentialing body.
How to read our statuses: Operational means care is currently offered through Dimension 001, subject to provider eligibility and availability. Developmental, research planning, and future capability describe intended work, not services available for booking, approved research awards, or established training programs. Activities progress only when appropriate expertise, funding, approvals, and oversight are in place.
Psychiatric Mental Health
SacredHLI’s first operational healthcare-access program provides professional adult psychiatric care through licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) using secure telehealth.
New-patient care is currently available in California, Texas, and Arizona. Patients can use Find Care to meet the clinicians currently serving their state, learn about their backgrounds and approaches to care, and begin the appropriate SacredHLI care pathway.
Clinical care designed to expand access
SacredHLI provides psychiatric services as part of its charitable mission to make appropriate mental-health care easier to reach. Revenue from mission-related clinical services helps support the providers, technology, administration, patient-access systems, and infrastructure required to maintain and strengthen this work.
SacredHLI’s public benefit is not limited to paid appointments. We also provide mental-health information, crisis-resource connections, access guidance, and referral pathways that people may use without purchasing SacredHLI clinical services.

Adult psychiatric care and transparent self-pay pricing
SacredHLI provides psychiatric evaluation, diagnostic assessment, medication management, and continuing psychiatric care through licensed PMHNPs. Commercial insurance, self-pay, eligible out-of-network pathways, and individualized financial-access consideration may be available depending on circumstances.
Initial Psychiatric Evaluation
Comprehensive telehealth assessment of symptoms, history, functioning, diagnostic considerations, and treatment needs to support an individualized care plan.
Medication Management Follow-Up
Continuing psychiatric care focused on medication review, treatment response, clinical monitoring, progress, and adjustment when appropriate.
Diagnostic Assessment
Thoughtful evaluation of symptoms, history, functioning, and other relevant factors to support diagnostic understanding and informed treatment decisions.
Continuing Psychiatric Care

Self-pay rates apply to the applicable SacredHLI self-pay pathway. Insurance-based patient responsibility may differ according to plan benefits, eligibility, provider participation, and coverage.

Multiple pathways to psychiatric care
SacredHLI works to make psychiatric care more accessible through several payment and access pathways. Available options may vary by clinician, state, insurance eligibility, individual circumstances, and available resources.
Commercial Insurance
SacredHLI coordinates commercial insurance-based care through participating clinicians using Headway. Patients begin with SacredHLI’s Commercial Insurance Intake so we can review state, health plan, clinician availability, and the appropriate insurance pathway before scheduling is finalized.
Self-Pay
Self-pay options are available for patients who prefer care outside an insurance pathway. Standard rates are $375 for an initial psychiatric evaluation and $250 for a medication-management follow-up.
Out-of-Network Benefits
Where appropriate, documentation may be available for patients who wish to seek reimbursement through eligible out-of-network benefits. Reimbursement is determined by the patient’s health plan and is not guaranteed by SacredHLI.
Financial Access Review
If SacredHLI’s standard self-pay rates present a financial hardship, patients may request an individualized review of circumstances and available access options.
Financial difficulty should not prevent you from asking about your options.
Through SacredHLI’s Financial Access Review, you can explain the circumstances affecting your ability to pay the standard self-pay rate and tell us what amount you believe you can reasonably afford.
SacredHLI management will review the request individually and determine whether a reduced fee, payment arrangement, temporary hardship accommodation, or another appropriate access pathway may be available. Financial assistance is not guaranteed and depends on individual circumstances and available resources.

Who provides the psychiatric care?
SacredHLI’s psychiatric services are provided by licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) within the states where they are authorized and available to practice.
Where are you accepting new patients?
Current new-patient availability is California, Texas, and Arizona. Colorado, Georgia, and Nevada are temporarily not accepting new patients. Visit Find Care to meet clinicians serving the states currently accepting patients.
How much does self-pay care cost?
SacredHLI’s standard self-pay rate is $375 for an initial psychiatric evaluation and $250 for a medication-management follow-up.
What if I cannot afford the standard self-pay rate?
You may request an individualized Financial Access Review. Management will determine whether a reduced fee, payment arrangement, temporary hardship accommodation, or another appropriate pathway may be available. Assistance is not guaranteed.
